Where do I start if I don't know which threshold I need to walk through?
It comes back to your desires — and your commitment. What level of financial commitment are you ready for? What level of integrity and commitment are you willing to bring? How much are you actually willing to show up? Do you want community? Do you want deeper proximity? What do you need in this season of your life?
There isn't one right doorway. There is the doorway that matches what you desire and how deeply you are willing to meet yourself.

Do I need to have done therapy, coaching, or inner work before working with you?
Yes.
I want the women who enter my deeper spaces to have already done some form of therapy, coaching, or inner work. You don't need to have it all figured out — but I do want you to come in with a foundational blueprint and a willingness to take responsibility for yourself.
That foundation allows us to go deeper, faster. We don't have to spend all of our time naming what's happening. We get to go to the root of it.
Is this therapy? How is your work different from therapy or traditional coaching?
No. This is not therapy.
We aren't just talking about, analyzing, or processing what has happened to you. We unearth. We decondition. We bring the work back into the body. We work with somatic expression, patterns, identity, the nervous system, and the parts of you that may intellectually know one thing while your body is still living another.
This is about stepping into a different form of embodiment — where you aren't simply understanding yourself differently. You begin living differently.
Is your work spiritual? Do I have to believe what you believe to belong here?
Yes. And no.
My work is deeply spiritual. You do not have to believe what I believe to belong here. What you do need is curiosity. A desire to know more of who you are. A willingness to question what you've been taught, what you've inherited, and even what you currently believe to be true about yourself.
I will poke. I will prod. I will ask questions that invite you deeper. I am not here to tell you what to believe. I am here to create the space for you to unearth more of what is true for you.
What if I've already done a lot of healing and personal development, but I still feel like something is missing?
That is why I'm here.
I find the kinks. I see the patterns. I notice the places where something you're living, carrying, or believing is no longer true to who you are. And then I invite you to open the door to the deeper work.
When you work with me, you will begin seeing parts of yourself you may have never seen before — not because you haven't done enough work, but because there are places we cannot always see from inside our own patterns.
If you are tired of constantly trying to heal, fix, or improve yourself and you are ready to actually live, you are in the right place. This is sacred work.
